My daughter eloped to NYC a few weeks back. Of course I wanted to make her day special even though I could not be there with her. I was on the Flordel website and the designer popped up in a chat box asking how he could help. He was AMAZING!! I gave him my thoughts and budget and he assured me my daughters bridal bouquet would be beautiful. When he and I were texting, it was early evening and he promised the bouquet would be delivered by 5:00 pm the following day and he would send me a picture. Much to my surprise, I had a photo of the beautiful bouquet on my phone when I awoke the next morning. He sent at around 2:00 am. He stayed at the shop making this for my daughter to make certain it was perfect for her special day. This bouquet was extraordinary and much much more than I was expecting. My daughter was thrilled. I have worked in the floral industry in the past so I can be critical of other's work sometimes. However, I have nothing but glowing admiration and respect for the work that was done and the service provided to me.
