I reside in Queens and Figs Barber Shop was recommended to me. I decided to cut my locks which I had for over 20 years and the Barber, Scissor was recommended to me. Scissor presented professionalism, knowledgeable and explained the best cut that will enhance my new look. I was extremely satisfied and have embraced my new look. I am absolutely certain that all of the Barbers at Figs Barber Shop are great and the environment is clean, However, I can only share my personal experience with Mr. Scissor. Got there around 12:30 1/30/2023, the shop was not quiet open yet but the gentleman inside welcomed me in told him I’m on my way to work an need a cut, gave me a great cut and I was on my way…. I got my haircut by jerm the worm. I came to my appointment on time but I had to wait an hour. My haircut was not good. My hairline was pushed back and my edges were messed up. Jerm the worm was nice and cool to talk to though.
