This business is strange. When they are on point there are five stars. But they are capable of being a one or two. They make a point to have you make an appointment online put a deposit down yet when you show up you end up waiting an hour for them to get started on your hair. I just called to make an appointment for Braids. I guess the woman who styles a type of Braids that I want is on vacation and they said we don’t know when she’ll be back. Try later. I tried so hard to make this my go to shop but their business acumen is miserable. I’ll just keep going to Medina’s on the west side.

Everyone at this salon is very nice and sweet. However for the amount i paid for these braids and only lasting about 2.5 weeks is disappointing… after a week, my natural hairs were already peeking out quite a lot and was told to tame the strays with gel. i tried that but it didn’t sustain the strays. i tried also hiding the strays with braid charms and although its a cool look, its mainly to cover the undoings on the braids and its only been a couple of weeks. i’m sad to say im disappointed… the braids were beautiful for the first week but with the way these hairs are peeking out, they’re definitely not lasting 2-3mo like i was told by the stylist. and there’s...read full review
