Although the our clothes turn out excellent for the wash and fold, I feel like service in general could be better. Our laundry does not get picked up on time and we were told the turnaround time is 2 days but takes longer to be returned to us. I think this place needs to be honest with their service. I feel disappointed.

Really nice family owned and local business in the neighborhood. I accidentally put the wrong address for my packages for over a couple of weeks and the business woman was kind enough to hold onto them and handle them with care.
