This gym has everything from saunas and a cold plunge to a jacuzzi and steam room. While the location is convenient, especially for guests of the nearby hotel, it can get crowded, making it difficult to book classes or find coworking seats. The fitness floor is spacious and allows in a lot of natural light, with various options for workouts. However, there have been issues with maintenance, as some pools were shut down during visits. It can be a little pricey, but many find it worth the experience for the great views and overall ambiance. The staff is appreciated for being responsive, and the common areas are kept very clean.

I personally enjoy the outdoor pool while watching tennis and soccer games on the Hudson screen, the refreshing cold plunge, and the steam sauna! As my job requires rigorous physical work and I deal with chronic pain, I consider my time at Equinox Hudson to be a healing and therapeutic session.

Final version with that tweak
I have been using Equinox Hudson Yards exclusively for midday showers for the past several months. The locker rooms are clean and generally well-maintained. There does, however, appear to be an informal expectation to keep shower duration under 45 minutes, which I have had to address in writing with corporate on three separate occasions. There is also a consistently high volume of active members exercising throughout the facility during peak hours, which creates unnecessary traffic and makes it difficult to maintain an uninterrupted midday hygiene routine. Staff has been extremely professional.

I’ve had a great experience at this location. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and has a great selection of equipment and an amazing view!
The staff are also very friendly and professional. A shoutout to Keyshawn, who was very helpful and took the time to walk through the equipment and amenities with me. He was patient, professional, and clearly focused on helping members get the most out of their membership.
Overall a great location with a welcoming atmosphere.
