“Anyone can say that they run an honest business, but the employees at Fix And GO show it! I brought my phone in with extremely extensive damage. Youssef gave me the free diagnostic test and discovered that there was serious damage to certain components. He then spent days ordering parts and attempting a difficult fix, and when things didn't work out (not his fault, but due to the damage of the phone), he refused to accept any payment for days of work. The whole time, he answered my phone calls and even showed me the workings of my phone to explain what he was doing. These are the honest people that you want working on your precious devices. I will definitely go back to Fix and GO if need help with my phone again!

“I used uBreakiFix 3 times this year for the first time. GREAT convenient and SUPER helpful service.(there's a small bunch of locations throughout the 5 boroughs.)

I recommend calling ahead of time and verifying that they have the parts, the price and can fix your device(s).

Once the part(s), price and time are confirmed you can just head into a location and drop your phone off.

You will need to allow for about 10 to 20 minutes once you arrive because other customers may be dropping off their phones and need to be logged into the system and pay which takes about 5 to 10 minutes a customer.

My Samsung phones have a repair mode which allows them to repair your phone without going into or seeing your personal data. You should hopefully not have to backup any data.

My repairs were not severe....2 cracked backs of 2 of my phones got repaired....and my sons PS5 HDMI port was repaired as well. Thank you guys for all your help! Happy New Year!!!“

I was visiting from out of state and had rented a bike to get around the city, while I was biking I dropped my phone and ran over it with the bike, my protective screen was completed destroyed. I called in and asked if I could come to get the protective screen replaced, got there and 20 mins after my initial call my screen was replaced for a good price and I was on my way.
