Earthworks is an amazing community with the best teachers in the city! I've been taking classes here for about 5 years now and love my class and other students so much, and of course our teacher Amanda Chau, who is an incredibly talented ceramicist. Every week we all felt so lucky to have her guiding us, there was no idea she wouldn't help us achieve. She is so skilled and knowledgable, and so patient with everyone and so encouraging. One of the reasons I love this studio so much
—aside from the warm and creative people who frequent it—is our wonderful instructor, Amanda. It's such a pleasure to learn from someone who pairs both technical excellence and intuition in how she approaches and teaches pottery. She's kind patient, a great problem solver when things go wrong (as they inevitably do), and a source of constant encouragement. We're so lucky for her!
