I tried to wash my Aritzia Super Puff jacket at home, following the website’s care instructions, which said DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Unfortunately, the jacket didn’t fully dry, and the goose feathers inside developed mold, creating an unbearable smell that made it unwearable. Desperate for a solution, I brought it here, and the owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He reassured me that he would use low heat to prevent any damage and would apply specialized cleansing solutions to eliminate the odor. I LOVE E7 Cleaners. One day I was in a hurry to find me a professional tailor and dry cleaner last minute. That day, E7 cleaners gave me the best price after I visited three other neighboring cleaners for quotes. I was on a mission to transform my thrift finds into customized pieces for my wardrobe, and E7 cleaners got the job done. I recently got a floral Ralph Lauren jacket tailored. He took three inches off on both sides to properly fit me (literally reconstructing the look of it and actually making it better). The stitching came out amazing!
