As developers we've worked with a dozen Architects before and never experienced such a knowledgeable, friendly and thorough team as DSB+. Words like exceptional get used too much, but these guys are the real deal.

I must say that my experience with Kevin Pellon and Cristina Corfu was wonderful. They were absolutely fantastic to work with; always responsive and always positive through want was a difficult renovation. I was blessed to have them by my side for 4 years of meetings with town officials, ect. I would highly recommend dsb+ Architecture & Interiors.

My wife and I were lucky enough to work with Kevin Pellón and DSB architecture on gut renovating our fifth avenue duplex. I truly cannot recommend Kevin and DSB architecture enough. There are certain rare individuals who are not only experts in their craft, but bring with them such a sense an infectious sense of joy and enthusiasm that they make even a potentially difficult and painful experience fun. Working with Kevin was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We went through 30+ designs for our apartment. This was a remarkably collaborative experience where we would discuss features we liked or disliked with Kevin and he would come back (often in only 8-12 hours) with new drawings showing our discussed changes, and then including an additional set of drawings showing his new ideas. This was all included as part of DSB architecture's extremely reasonable price. I was consistently impressed by how hard of a worker and how responsive Kevin is. I would often send emails late at night (11 pm - 1 am) and be shocked to get nearly immediate responses. Not only did Kevin never come close to missing a deadline, but where some architects would take weeks or months, Kevin would take hours or days.
