This review is primarily regarding how long I had to wait in order to start my service. I was scheduled for a 10am and was not seen till 10:35. I spoke to the front desk staff and they assured me my appointment was not moved. I arrived 5 minutes late but was still within their 10 minute grace period. My hair was not done till 11:10 and then it took another few minutes for check out. Needless to say I was late for my event by over 20 minutes. The hairstylist was wonderful and I got compliments on my hair although the curls did not hold very long which could be due to multiple factors. I haven't been in since before Covid but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I will preface that my stylist was very sweet and she did a great job. But as a company and place they have seriously gone down. One of the most exciting parts of coming here was being offered a variety of drinks (bar is literally in their title). They don't offer drinks anymore, which is sad because it really set them apart from other salons. The receptionist's attitude was akin to going into the DMV and really brought down the mood. Their chairs are all beaten up and and upholstery is completely scratched and damaged. It just seemed like such a sad and rundown place... read full review

Great concept! Walked in, got styled and walked right back out! I have medium length fine hair and was in and out in 15 minutes (just styled not a full blowout). Can’t wait to come back and get the full experience. Andrea made me party ready and I got so many compliments!
