I have severe chronic back pain, and found Dr. Weedy on Groupon. Application was and appointment setting was easy. Appointment was set for 6:00 PM on 2/28. But the Dr. called at 10:07 AM. I was working and unable to answer. Luckily I was able to step away and call the DR. back. Consultation too about 5 minutes and he said I was approved and would be receiving my signed Arizona recommendation form shortly. A few minutes later I received an email saying that my recommendation letter would be received in 24-48 hours. I ended up receiving the Doctor's letter shortly after customer services response here. So no real major issues considering it's a weekend
As a Combat Veteran with PTSD and now Burn Pit Exposure I am glad this is here for our Veterans battling a new war of the new agent orange for Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans. This was discretionary and easy to use. Thank you for finally giving me new hope in a pain free world.
