I initially had deviated septum surgery in 2021 by another surgeon in another city. Because of where my deviated septum was, I needed to go to a plastic surgeon since it was near the tip. I did no research. Which was my fault.
After the surgery, my breathing was a little better, but something felt wrong functionally. My nose also looked worse than it did before the surgery.
I decided that I wanted to do something about it. I needed to go to a surgeon that’s specialized in revisions and from what I was told Dr. Pearlman was the best in the business. Wow! What an amazing and professionally run office and employees. I am completely new to the world of aesthetics despite being a Nurse Practitioner myself. I saw Lisa Vasquez for PRP (prf?- I forget) and I was so impressed w her knowledge, candor and just the over all experience. The results done by her are absolutely incredible- super natural and I look like I’ve finally slept for once 😂 . I’m so excited to go back again. I had my breast lift and implants done on August 20th with Dr Basiri-Tehrani at Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery and the entire experience was genuinely phenomenal. At first I was convinced I wanted a fat transfer, but he took the time to break everything down and explain why the look and projection I wanted would only be achieved with implants. He went through every implant option, answered every single question I had, and even set up an additional consultation just so I felt completely confident.
