As an orthopedic surgeon, I know how important choosing the right surgeon with a procedure as important as a facelift. My experience from beginning to end was the best. My results were exactly what I expected. My biggest fear was too much of a change in my appearance. I was able to return to work two weeks later and the only change was that I looked 20 years younger.

I am writing this review of Dr. Jacono because I wish I had read something I am about to write prior to my own surgery. Yes, he is expensive. Obviously I could have spent less and gone somewhere else. But being that I do have the means, and I could have gone to anyone anywhere in the world, why would I not go to the best? Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for, and that’s exactly what I got. I don’t look like I’ve had anything done, but the results are dramatic. People look at me, who don’t know that I went under the knife, and are trying to figure out what, if anything, I did do, and that’s exactly the result I was looking for. I am writing this review because I can’t thank Dr. Andrew Jacono enough. I live in NYC where there is a plethora of well known plastic surgeons but after my initial consultation I felt totally at ease putting my face in Dr. Jacono’s gifted hands… and he did not disappoint. Its been almost 6 months and I love the results of my deep plane facelift and lip lift.I come from a family of physicians so I consider myself a sophisticated consumer of medical services.
