UPDATE: The supervisor, Jose, came by and helped my cleaner and they did a great job together! I am so happy with the service I received in the end. It goes to show that having a company with good customer service is always a great idea! They were able to fix my issues and leave me with a nice and clean place! 5 stars :)
Originally 3 stars: Service was okay however I would've preferred a more experienced cleaner as mine let me know it was only her 3rd time cleaning and I requested someone detail oriented. Easy and effective communication, and able to accommodate a last-minute request for a same-day cleaning. The cleaner arrived on time and was courteous and polite. She was diligent and had good attention to detail, and asked us to do a walk-through of the space before she left to make sure that everything was done to our expectations.
DLL Cleaning Service is the absolute best! I’ve used them four times now and every single clean has been spotless. They’re reliable, professional, and leave my apartment sparkling every time. I always come home to a fresh, organized space — it’s such a relief. Highly recommend!
