They do a good job & are very nice, but you’re not going to get what you want. They simply don’t speak English well enough to understand your requests. Your nails will look clean & well-done when you leave. You just have to be okay paying $72 with tax & tip (gel + French) for what they think is pretty vs you.
UPDATE: They told me my polish would last 2 weeks or more and on the 10th day, I'm chipping.
They are very attentive to details, about their business & can get your manicure done on point in less than 45 minutes. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and usually have a beautiful simple manicure session on my lunch break ???
Amazing salon. My husband and I are visiting the city, after walking all day we needed some pampering. We walked in and had the best pedicure experience. The staff are very friendly and kind. Excellent massage chairs and foot baths. Best walk in experience I've ever had!
