Based on the reviews, DIOR Spa New York offers a luxurious and exceptional spa experience. The space is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful, serene, and inspiring, filled with beautiful flowers. From the moment guests walk in, they receive princess treatment and a warm welcome. The service is exceptional, with a team that is accommodating, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Dior. The massage therapists and estheticians are highly skilled, attentive, intuitive, and thoughtful, providing deeply relaxing and restorative treatments. The facials and massages are of really great quality and next level. Every detail feels thoughtful and indulgent, from the wellness elixir and complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies to the champagne. Guests leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and totally relaxed. The pricing of services is not that far off from a regular spa. The entire experience is a true five-star, luxurious, and genuinely special visit.
I visited the Dior Spa for my birthday and received the 30 minute massage. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and from the minute you walk in you are welcomed with upmost princess treatment- the wellness elixir is so good and complimentary tea/ coffee and cookies are such a special touch! I visited the flag ship store in Paris for a similar experience and I might say the NYC location takes the cake!

Hubby and I visited the Dior flagship store the first weekend in February and while shopping managed to book couples Facials in the spa for the following morning. He had never had one, I have had a few. It was a great experience! The team was very accommodating and friendly, the amenities were clean and serene and the facials were really great quality! Even the pricing of services was not that far off from a 'regular' spa service. Dinah and Jodie were really great to work with, and I would visit them again the next time we come to the big city!
