Where do I even begin? Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Sonia makes you feel more than comfortable and is highly professional. She genuinely talks to you through the entire experience, making the time go by before you know it. She is highly knowledgable on her machines and the treatment. I've done the full body and highly recommend it. I've seen results from the very first time, so I'm excited to see how it will look like by the very end. Not as painful as others might make it seem. Her machines let off a cooling sensation, which makes the process go by quickly and very bearable. I've heard horror stories of people doing laser and being burned by the technician, but Sonia definitely knows what she is doing. You won't be disappointed.
