Just bought an engagement ring from Delage and proposed and she said yes! I cannot say enough how happy I am that Delage made the ring. The quality is amazing. My girlfriend cannot get over how much she loves the ring, and it's nothing like she's ever seen. I originally spoke with Gary over the phone, and we discussed what they'd be able to do for me. I was instantly hooked with how knowledgeable and helpful he was. I went to other places where the customer service was non-existent and all they wanted you to do was have you buy the ring no questions asked. Once I was in the store, Gary put me in good hands with Erika. I was new to the diamond world, so Erika walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel at ease. Once I picked out the diamond, we discussed what I wanted in the ring. In the end, it was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Delage was always very responsive over phone and email. Buying a ring is so intimidating. The honesty, quality and service that I received at Delage was perfect. I felt so comfortable and have already been telling friends to go. This is a jeweler that I will use for a long time. Thank you Delage!
