Went in as a new patient and was floored by the great experience. Dr. Maxwell was very friendly and explained the purpose of every single exam she performed without any prompting from me. The office team was open and honest about which frames were covered by my insurance, and were never pushy about recommendations. It was the most pleasant optometrist visit I've had in a long time.

could fix them.
Within a few minutes, my glasses were repaired - and handed back to me with a smile free of charge.
Such kind and helpful service should not be taken for granted.
