Outstanding Gary healed the pain I had been suffering in my lower back in 2 sessions. I had cortisol injections and other therapies with no success.

I like this soothing place at 30 East 60 St for my physical therapy sessions. I asked many questions and learned a few stretching techniques. John is a great massage therapist. I always feel great after his massages..feel so light. Dr Fred Tsai gave me an acupuncture treatment which I paid cash for not covered by my insurance...he was very patient and listened to my concerns and he explained what I should do from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.
I love this place! Dr. Fred and Dr. Gary are amazing. I went in for chronic pain in my calves for years and acute recent pain in my right shoulder. I booked a PT session with Dr. Fred through insurance, and opted to add on acupuncture so I was attended by both him and Dr. Gary who does the acupuncture.
I used to dance so I had already tried so many types of therapies... acupuncture, dry needling, rolfing, massage, chiropractor, osteopath, you name it, for both pain and general postural adjustment. I was happy to find that there exists a doctor who combines both traditional acupuncture and physical therapy. Sometimes with PT or dry needling, they address my concerns... read full review
