I have been going to curvy lashes for 4+ years and they are the best! The dedication and care for their clients and eyelash work is spectacular. I tried other lash places but felt like I was never happy. Curvy lashes makes sure I leave happy and feeling great. Highly recommend for lashes or perm!

I have been going to the owners (Sayaka) business for about 7 years now, even before she had this business. Granted in the middle, I stopped going because she got sloppy in her work but I went back to give another try and she's gotten better with experience. After this recent time though, I won't go again. I had an emergency where I had to cancel and was charged the $50 fee. I know business is business but I had to sit with my mother in the ER that day. I brought my mom to her once too. I thought being charged under these circumstances was not fair. I was gunna do nail extensions and designs which would've been $150+ so it's not like she was really going to lose out. I had to cancel a lash extension appointment about two months before, but that was my own fault that I couldn't make it. I paid the fee with no problem or complaint. This was only the second time I had canceled. I know I'm not the most puntual client, but that is my own fault. Canceling because my mom was in the ER where I had to be with her AND you charge me for it makes me very upset. I will not be coming back in the future. I'll take my business else where.

Came here for a foreign fill and was so impressed at how well they were able to match the work that I got done elsewhere!! Service was really kind as well, and I was out of the studio in about an hour (for a fill). The studio was a little hard to find, also because the elevator wasn't working on the day I went (use the stairs instead if this happens to you). If you want more voluminous lashes, ask for the D-curls in 10, 11, and 12.
