I made an eyelash appointment a week ago and received confirmation via both email and text message. I arrived 10 minutes early on the scheduled day, but the door was closed. After waiting for another 30 minutes, the person finally arrived and stated she had no knowledge of my appointment. It’s clear that the place does not value customers' time, so I would advise others to be cautious when making an appointment here!

Impossible to find this place, the building is a maze and lady was just standing in a hallway by a coffee machine and said she is waiting for the next client...it was all around weird

I went for a eyelash perm and tint. It was a very comfy office, but the end product was very disappointing and actually has made my morning routine so much harder. The top lashes on my left eye look much much different than the top lashes on my right eye. The ones on my left essentially stand straight up to the point where I can feel them on my eyelid. The ones on the right don't look much different than they did pre-treatment. And the tint was only on my top lashes (every other salon I've tried does both top and bottom). So my request that I didnt want to have to do my normal mascara routine in the morning over the next month while on vaca and traveling completely backfired. Rather, I feel quite self conscious about how different my eyes look. I most definitely will not be going back.
