Columbus Medical Arts is a Comprehensive Multi‑specialty clinic serving patients at three separate locations in New York City. Each location has a team of Board‑certified Internal Medicine doctors and specialists who work toward the common goal of achieving long‑term health objectives through attentive personal care and advanced medical technology. The on‑site facilities in lower and upper Manhattan provide state‑of‑the‑art technologies and world class doctors to ensure the best outcomes. Patients receive in‑house tests and procedures, extended hours and convenient access to healthcare. The reception staff is caring and attentive, and the medical professionals are accessible and professional. Great experience with friendly staff, timely appointments and thorough answers is common, and patients would highly recommend the clinic. The office is exceptionally clean and patients are in and out in less than one hr. Some patients note that communication can be overwhelming when lot of services are offered in one day, and wait times can be long when appointments are late. The clinic offers great care and great service.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one I couldn’t skip- this place is a joke. It’s been an absolute mess every single time I went. Last time I went to see my PCP she wasn’t even in yet when I arrived- her two previous appointments were also already waiting. Nobody called to let us know. While we were there they called her & she confirmed she’s on the way. I waited 1.45hrs to be seen. This time I ‘only’ waited about 45mins (their general check in process is a mess (and don’t be tricked into filling anything out online before you go there- they’ll have you fill everything out again on paper!). My PCP is lovely but she never can’t get her laptop...read full review
Irresponsible staff do not communicate with patients. My experience was very stressful. I was not informed that a special kit had not arrived to the office and I arrived to pick the kit up and was told that they had none. But they sure did charge the insurance for the so called visit which should not be considered a visit in the 1st place.
Stay far away. You have been warned. Multiple times I have been here and they said the doctor will be just 2 min and after waiting over an hour the Doctor has come back to the office with shopping bags. They were out shopping. It’s insane!
