Columbus Medical Arts is a Comprehensive Multi‑specialty clinic serving patients at three separate locations in New York City. The on‑site facilities in lower and upper Manhattan provide state‑of‑the‑art technologies and world class doctors to ensure the best outcomes. Patients receive in‑house tests and procedures, extended hours and convenient access to healthcare. The reception staff is caring and attentive, and the medical professionals are accessible and professional. Great experience with friendly staff, timely appointments and thorough answers is common, and patients would highly recommend the clinic. The office is exceptionally clean and patients are in and out in less than one hr. Some patients note that communication can be overwhelming when lot of services are offered in one day, and wait times can be long when appointments are late. The clinic offers great care and great service.
This business has terrible customer service. They charge you separately for different tests with hidden costs and are extremely unprofessional on the phone. They charge your card on file without telling you. They do not even run their test properly.
I’ve been visiting this location for three weeks for physical therapy; easily accessible by train or bus, the location is clean and plays nice ambient jazz music to help you relax. But the real stars are the staff; kind, efficient, and patient, they’ll go out of their way to accommodate you and ensure your visit is productive AND pleasant. Absolutely recommend!
Unfortunately, I arrived about 10 minutes late to my appointment after missing my train and accidentally traveling in the wrong direction during an extremely hot day like today. I understand that being late can be disruptive, but I had already completed all of my paperwork and was willing to wait to be seen. Instead, I was immediately turned away and told to reschedule for another day. I was disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate me, especially given the circumstances and the fact that I was only a few minutes late.
