Hands down the best eye exam and customer service I’ve experienced. The staff never made me feel pressured to buy anything and genuinely focused on helping me find the right frames and lenses for my needs. It's refreshing to find a place that puts patient care ahead of sales.
I truly appreciate Ms. Tee's professionalism and knowledge. She provided excellent care and understanding for my new lenses. I will definitely be returning to see Ms. Tee with my daughter to get a new pair of glasses. Please keep Ms. Tee as she is an asset to the company and a joy to work with.
In addition the whole process and staff was excellent. Yegor whose at the front desk provided excellent phone etiquette and understanding before coming in for an exam. Dr. Macdonald provided very good insight during my eye exam. The manager Millie was very kind provided good help in addition to Ms Tee.
Please keep the whole staff they are excellent!
I bought in some 1980s vintage Carrera sunglasses that I recently bought at a flea market in Europe to be adjusted and Millie worked absolute magic on them! I can't believe how well they fit now. I'm so grateful I popped into Cohen's to help me with this and can't wait to wear them around town. Thank you Millie!
