Very professional viscose rug cleaning. My modern viscose rug needed special care and stain removal. They collected it from my apartment and cleaned it at their factory using advanced machines. The rug was returned after 7 days with no water marks and no fiber damage. Excellent service.
What impressed me most was that they didn’t rush the job. They told me clearly that proper cleaning for delicate fibers, especially silk and antique wool, requires slow drying and specialized rinsing. My Antique hand knotted rug has embroidery and uneven dye lines, so I was worried. But they delivered it back looking richer in color without any damage. They also cleaned a woven Pakistani rug and a small viscose runner, and every piece felt lighter and much cleaner. This is one of the few services that truly treats rugs as valuable items, not ordinary carpets.
