Such a great way to relax and restore in the middle of the day. 30m hydration special and got a great skin care class from Diana during my treatment. My skin is still glowing 🥰 and I adore my new products 🙏🏾

Went in the other day to bloomingdale's for a facial. Ended up at the clarins spa. I decided on the 80 minute facial. My wonderful esthetician by the name of Deborah left my skin feeling AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to ALL my friends and family. Thank you clarins!!

I love Madison so not sure what the previous review was really about. I have never had an issue with her. She is professional, is very knowledgeable on the products and techniques. The techniques change as the products do. I love the Clarins brand. The treatment is very relaxing and you glow afterwards which makes up for the poor room location. My issue is with the new room location. Clearly, the set-up and location were thought out by an idiot. You don't put a spa room smack in front of Kiehl's cash register where you hear everything going on outside. Loud employees who could care less that there is a spa room a foot in front of them. The spa room music is literally in competition with the rap music being played at Kiehl's. Mind you, they are a foot away so not sure who the bright spark was that convinced management this was a great idea. The doors are made of partial glass so no sound proofing whatsoever. I prefer the previous small location. At least you don't hear staff yelling and laughing and carrying on like kids. Bloomingdale's you are too well known to have this type of situation continue. Can you please FIX the location of the SPA TREATMENTS SO THAT IT IS A TOTAL RELAXING EXPERIENCE. Or is it that you could care less and it's never about the customer but the $$$. Show us the truth.
