Everyone working here is incredibly helpful. The only issue I had was that in-store management didn't seem to be fully on the same page as the customer help, specifically related to patients under 18.
I was in NYC for work for 10 days and needed to find a place to be seen for a URI and eye infection. The location was convenient, and I was seen quickly.
Some MDs, NPs, and PAs are understandably cautious about antibiotic use, and that was the case in my visit. I was given several reasons why my symptoms might not be bacterial. As an RN for 35+ years, I fully understand the concerns around antibiotic overuse. That said, the provider ultimately did prescribe antibiotics for what was diagnosed as a bacterial sinus infection and bacterial conjunctivitis.

Walked in w scalp laceration from Impact w a cabinet door. Dr saw me within 10 min of arrival. Ended up w 7 stitches in a very visible area of my forehead. Doc did an outstanding job and I have a barely visible scar.
