I really love this practice. I've worked with 4 of the therapists here, but have worked most with Rachel Thomas and she's phenomenal. So personable, so competent--always asking the right questions to gauge how things are progressing. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is and how she weaves information about body mechanics, the way the body gets out of whack and why we're doing what we're doing to fix things. Just makes it that much more motivation to try and follow my exercise plans. Ultimately, I see results. I'm stronger than when I came because of the guidance of this practice.
City PT (City Physical Therapy, PC) and Helen Yi Tan, PT, was referred to me by my orthopedic doctor, Jeanne Yun MD. Jeanne Yun also referred Dr. Jessica Gallina to me for a modest ankle surgery. I saw City PT prior to the surgery in an effort to resolve the issue non-surgically. Helen’s colleagues who also treat me include Joe, Rachel and Shirley.
I have been seeing City PT and Helen for several years to address various issues. This included a shoulder rehab after a partial rotator cuff tear and platelet rich plasma therapy from Dr. Jeanne Yun.

Just amazing at City PT in midtown on 37th. Rachel and the rest of the team are so attentive and really truly care. I have been visiting them for a few months and I can’t believe it, the improvement is amazing!! I will be continuing my therapy and hands down best team in NYC!
