Another patient had a great first visit for a cleaning, called back as soon as paperwork was finished, before the scheduled appointment time. The receptionist, tech, hygienist, and dentist were all polite, professional, concise, and efficient. City Dental is professional, caring, and makes patients feel comfortable. One patient arrived early, and the dentist invited them in after 5 minutes to start the procedure, treating them with care and concern. Another patient was very happy from start to finish with Dr. Kim, who was very thorough in explaining issues. The assistant was very professional, and the hygienist was gentle yet thorough. Patients will definitely return for future care.
