I met Joe C in a situation completely outside of his business, but I feel compelled to share how genuine and kind he is. While I was on the subway, he noticed that a man was following me. Without hesitation, he came over, asked me where I was getting off, and stayed with me until I felt safe. His awareness, quick action, and kindness turned a very frightening moment into one where I felt protected.

If this is the type of integrity and care he shows a complete stranger, I have no doubt that he brings the same dedication and trustworthiness to his work. Truly someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you Joe!!!

Ordered a wool area rug from them. Not only did the install techs install the rug perfectly, but a follow up email was sent from the vendor shortly thereafter to ensure satisfaction. Check them out! They are easy to work with, great prices, great to work with !!! Stop by their floor rooms!!!
