A number of carpet cleaners texted me. Tony was the only one who called to speak to me. I gave him my approximate price. He was very responsive contacted me all through the service confirmed with me in the morning showed up on time and did a great job who's price is for me with very reasonable

They were great and very responsive and the job was quick! I got a quick appointment and they were communicative about when they were arriving. It was the cheapest price that I was quoted with the most transparency.

I had a wonderful experience with Carpet Diem! Tony helped me with scheduling and pricing through Yelp. Nick inspected my three seater couch and 8'x10' area rug initially, recommending a deep shampoo for the couch (and a different price). I opted to stick with just a shampoo steam cleaning, which is what Tony originally quoted for me. Pleasantly, not only was Max able to clean both in under an hour, he also did a fantastic job getting out the stains I was concerned about on the couch. It feels brand new!Overall the service was great and the cleaning was well priced. I'd highly recommend this place for your steam cleaning needs.
