Car service was on time (5 minutes early) and driver was pleasant and professional. My driver knew the back roads so avoided the traffic near the airport. The price is very reasonable and it was convenient to pay tolls and tip all at once on credit card. I had a very good experience.

They are good and reasonably priced IF they show up!!! It could be a gamble because sometimes they are late (20+ minutes!) and other times they cancel while you are waiting… even if the car shows on the map ss going around the block múltiple times. Who wants that stress when traveling to the airport?! They are just NOT RELIABLE (they used to be great)!
And their customer service is terrible! they only know to say “sorry” and offer no help.
