Carmel Car and Limo Service

Carmel Car and Limo Service offers reliable and personalized transportation options. Drivers, such as Hasan, are friendly and professional, often taking shortcuts to ensure timely arrivals. The company provides a variety of vehicles, including a spacious Tesla, and offers competitive prices for trips from Newark airport to midtown Manhattan. Customers can enjoy straightforward booking with immediate confirmation emails, and drivers typically arrive a little before the scheduled time. The company's focus on customer service is clear, with drivers calling when they arrive at the pickup location and accepting cash or credit cards at the end of the ride. However, experiences can vary, as seen in recent reviews. Some customers have noted that communication from drivers is not always perfect, and vehicle types may differ from what's expected, such as taxis being sent instead of SUVs. Drivers' driving styles may also differ, with some being more aggressive. Despite these occasional issues, Carmel Car and Limo Service remains a dependable and trustworthy choice for transportation needs. Customers appreciate the strong coverage at JFK and the convenience of using Carmel over limited options like A-2 Limo.
