I dropped off a dress I wanted to wear to a wedding, and was told to pick it up three days later. Three days later and the dress was not there, staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the mistake, had been using the service for three years with no issues. I won't be going back.

This is a faux tech-enabled business. The have slapped a poorly designed front end on an almost non-existent backend and then done nothing to train or ensure adoption by the dry cleaners execute/complete the work for them. The advertised savings are the only selling point - which if delivered might be worth the brain damage - but 3 of the last time they've over charged me significantly. And as noted the customer service is almost comically bad and the coordination between what the app suggests the pickup/delivery time/date is and the actual pickup/delivery time could not be more disconnected. I will never use this service again. Every single time I use them, they reschedule my order for no reason, and they change the dropoff date to DAYS later. The support staff is very rude. I receive items back with new stains on them. The service is wildly expensive for the lack of quality and reliability. One time I had to go pick up my order because they refused to drop it off in the timeframe they promised, and they didn't refund the order or credit my account. I had to take an uber there and back so the whole thing ended up costing so much money.
