Had a wonderful two years of renting under building equity management. They were always on top of any issues we had and gave us our full security deposit at the end of our stay. Did not nickel and dime like a lot of other NYC renting companies. highly recommend renting at any Building Equity Management building.

Jared Minc (of Building Equity Management LLC) has been my point person while living in my beautiful apartment for the past 3+ years. His responsiveness is unparalleled when it comes to even the most minor of issues. Every time I've reached out, Jared has been incredibly efficient and respectful. There have been numerous scenarios during which he has gone above and beyond to fix something quickly, while also coordinating logistics with multiple other parties to accommodate my own schedule. This is rare to come by. I highly recommend Jared and his company's thoughtful management style.

My partner and I lived in a BEM-managed property for around a year and cannot recommend it enough. We would have stayed for much longer if life hadn't taken us elsewhere. The apartment was delivered spick and span, Michael (manager) and Castro (super) did a great job responding to any questions and concerns we had quickly, and the team made moving out as painless as can be.
