Bruce Markow is a phenomenal massage therapist who has saved the day numerous times! When I woke up with a neck that had no motion and lots of pain, I had to cancel my day of teaching music to toddlers, and instead headed straight to Bruce's office for an emergency session. I'm pleased to say that his expertise and skilled hands took me from pain of 10, to a 3. I was able to return to work the next day, and have seen Bruce many more times. I hope this review convinces someone who is desperately looking for some relief from any kind of TENSION to see Bruce. I booked based on a review and am so grateful to have met and had a few sessions when I was last in NYC. He has real "wizard" energy in the best way. He did some energy and pressure work on my back that made a measureable "before" and "after" i walked into the studio. Something felt unlocked or unblocked and I felt real, instant relief. I went back for more! Look forward to booking with Bruce as often as I can.
Bruce is an outstanding bodyworker and better human being. He has been my “go to” for massage (over 10 years) I traveled extensively and great massage was necessary for sanity and cognitive reasons! My life has changed, far less travel and I’ve realized how important the sessions are. Bruce is more than a gifted massage therapist, he has helped me through injury and surgery. I came in as “looking for a great massage” kind of guys . The massages are still great but Bruce is a significant part of my care plan.
