I am in love with my nails! And I had a fabulous experience! I was in desperate need of a pedicure after 6 months of neglect to my feet, and my cousin recommended we stop by for a little self care. We were greeted by a few friendly ladies who promptly got us into chairs and got to work. Everyone was really pleasant and sweet, also the place was clean and decorated beautifully. My technician, Marcy was excellent, meticulous and careful. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely return!
Been coming here for nearly 5 years and I LOVE this place. I simply do not understand the negative reviews (although interestingly, most are from people who do all kinds of wacky stuff to their nails). The owner is lovely and extremely hard-working. The employees are all very talented - Ive never had a bad gel manicure or pedicure. They get busy just about everyday after 3:30 or so and it's much harder to just walk-in. Be sure to plan accordingly!
Staff isn't friendly, won't provide a pleasant experience. Gel manicures suck! The problem is both the staff/skills and supplies/product. Everything says Essie-Opi but something is definitely wrong. I have gotten 3 gel manicures here, each chipped in less than a week. The last one chipped in 2 days and not enough coats were applied. I usually tip well no matter the experience but I will say, I will not be returning. Three strikes you are out.
