I LOVE THIS STORE! I read the reviews and am in shock, this is the nicest, most helpful and accommodating staff in a retail setting! I have observed situations many times (while having my make-up done there), where staff ask if help is needed and if the client is browsing they back off and attend to someone else. You can not please everyone, if you are not immediately approached you are offended, if you are immediately approached you are offended .... I mean whatever!
Customer service at this store was exemplary. I was thoughtfully directed through fragrance sampling, had my makeup touched up before dinner and purchased singularly the best tubing mascara ever (Trish McAvoy). Thank you to the beautiful cosmetologist who took care of me. First class experience.
Very helpful staff. Alana was great, she assisted me on two separate occasions and took the time to price adjust a product I purchased a day prior and exchange a product that wasn't correct. Thank you!
