My wife and I had a great experience with Block Financial. As first-time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions. Sean was always very accessible, and kept in near-daily contact with us to discuss rate fluctuations, news in the markets that could impact mortgages, etc. He also helped us navigate a lot of the confusing contractual and administrative stuff that comes with getting a mortgage. We’d highly recommend him and his team.

Sean is great. He answered all of my questions and moved things along very quickly. He was the most reliable part of the process of buying a co-op. Was transparent about fees and gave me the best rate by far!
