Within minutes after walking-in they were available to start the treatment, which is super convenient! Also, their customer service is exceptional. They addressed my inquiries over email in a professional and kind manner.
Bespoke Brows is a gem. Highly recommend their staff, services, and commitment to their craft. Clean, happy, uplifting, zen, creative, and attentive are just a few of the words that come to mind after my brow lamination/tinting/tweezing experience. I have been going to the 72/Lex shop since it opened and am very fond of Rebecca, the owner.However my experience today at approximately 11:30 was irritating. The girls were loud and acted very unprofessionally and my attendant and another client were discussing their dating lives while I sat waiting for her to take off my dyes. This is not a dating bar and they need to stop the banter and just do their jobs. Be aware that most of us have no interest in hearing nonsense and it very distracting. This is a business!
