They do not care about our existing community, small businesses and impact they will have on the residents that have called this area home for decades. All they care about is profit, touting affordable units for a tax ride off and building the largest and most profitable building that will provide negative impacts to a community that depends on these small business. As such will only bring congestion, inconvenience, infrastructure safety concerns, rodents, noise and ruining the character of our neighborhood for a giant, mostly unaffordable to the existing community, plastic prison cell touted as luxury that will only benefit their pockets.
