I rented napkins from BBJ La Tavola for my wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Their team pre-folded all the napkins for us and packed them perfectly, which made transporting everything to our venue effortless. Returning them was just as easy- they arranged for UPS to pick them up right from our house. Their customer service was outstanding, too. When we realized our original return date fell during our mini-moon, they happily extended it and offered multiple options to make the process as convenient as possible. I can’t recommend them enough if you're planning to rent linens/tableware for your wedding.

We used BBJ Linens for our wedding and they were fantastic. Very easy to use, and the linens were beautiful. They arrived early, perfectly pressed and they were easy to return. Definitely recommend them for all their help and gorgeous linens.

My company has a corporate account with BBJ but our particular office has yet to use their service. While our regular contact was not in the office, the woman I spoke to on the phone this morning was extremely abrasive. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Not acceptable.
