Great law firm. I've used them for general corporate matters, litigation, and international & domestic contract negotiations to great success. Marc Powers and Larry Markowitz are particularly good.Edit - had to downgrade after a particularly poorly handled litigation we hired them to take care of which cost us over 7 figures $. I would no longer recommend them, unless perhaps you're on the defense side of a lawsuit as opposed to offense.

Excellent and very efficient law firm in Manhattan.Their offices are beautiful and the service is super good.I recommend it.I consider it to be a very serious and highly reliable form for complex, corporate legal cases.The advice they provide is very valuable.Their references and credibility provide that prestige.
