My doula recommended Ayla to help flip the baby when we found they were in the frank breech position. This was my first time getting acupuncture, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm now 36 weeks and the baby is in the vertex position! Would highly recommend Ayla for all acupuncture needs :)
Ayla is the most wonderful acupuncturist! She really cares about her clients and knows what she is doing. She was instrumental in my pregnancy journey - from helping me balance my hormones after getting off birth control, to helping with fertility and getting pregnant, to helping me feel my best throughout pregnancy, and finally helping me flip my breech baby - I couldn't have gone through this experience without her. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking acupuncture! Especially if you are looking to conceive.
This was my first time using acupuncture. As far as I can assess, my sports injury had devolved to a point where traditional PT wasn't helping. Ayla helped me get it back to where PT began helping again. She asked a lot of questions each week and I feel that her verbal advice each week was just as valuable as the treatment itself.
