I accidentally leaned on a wet painted wall while i was in east village. My favorite jacket’s back was all white. Went to a different nearby dry cleaner immediately and they told me to come here to Aura.

I ran right here and trusted my jacket with them. They were very honest and communicative from the very beginning about the outcome and said they were going to do their best. Just picked it up and the jacket i thought was dead is all cleaned up from semi-dry paint. They did not ask for any pre payment and were very reasonably priced. They didn’t even accept my tip.

This place is amazing. Anytime I am in a tough spot they are able to dry clean my suits and have it to me the next day. The suit and shirt and ties always comes out looking very clean and crisp. This is the best dry cleaner to use in all of Manhattan!
