The store provides a fantastic and amazing shopping experience, with a sense of welcoming, simplicity, and kindness. The staff is extremely helpful, wonderful, polite, friendly, and super nice, making visits pleasant and enjoyable. They give great suggestions and understand jewelry well, helping to find every piece. The products are always liked, encouraging customers to return again.
I’ve had nothing but excellent service at the store since day one. Nini is particularly helpful but really all the staff there are super friendly. They have some very nice pieces that I can wear every day and not look too fast fashion-like. I highly recommend if you can visit in person to do so. They also regularly hold in store events which is fun and sometimes you get gift with purchase. Highly highly recommend!
Update.I updated my previous review to 5 stars thanks to Gary’s excellent customer service. After contacting him directly, it was truly a breath of fresh air compared to the customer service I received from the company itself. I highly recommend going to the store and asking for Gary—he is fantastic. The new ring arrived exactly as promised, and the credit from my previous purchase was processed as well.
VIP service all around, the associates made me feel very welcomed, gave me water and a chocolate. The associate helped me choose the right size for my ring and indicated that I may have been a little cold and why my fingers may have been a bit swollen. I am so happy I went with her suggestion to stick to a size 6, today I am not cold and it fits perfectly. Can't wait to go back to the store to get more jewelry, love their styles!
