Amazon sent their locksmith over promptly after another locksmith flaked out. He was very professional and charged less than had been quoted by the other locksmith. He provided me with advice on the kind of lock that would be best for the back door of my apartment as well. He was efficient and professional. Highly recommend Amazon Locksmith!
