Fast and competent response to my call for technical help, as always. The customer service representive was very pleasant to work with and followed up to ensure all was still working and to let me know she had passed my suggestion on to the appropriate team. I have been using Aloe Care since 2022 and it is reliable for monitoring my brother's movements both in the home and on the go.

She was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, patient and very kind as she explained the device to me! I was so grateful for her service!I never felt pressure to buy.
