Right from the start, working with Alex felt like having a pro on the team. His skills and dedication were top-notch, which was a big deal, especially with all the curveballs thrown our way thanks to the ongoing Covid situation. But you know what? We recently completed (Q3 2019) a full gut renovation of a Soho loft with Alex Butler / ABDS. This is the third time we have worked with him in New York, but this one was by far and away the biggest project. The total timeframe of the renovation was supposed to be 15 months, but took almost two years, much of which was a result of delays by the Co-Op and New York DoB. West Village GC has worked with Alexander Butler on his latest 3000sf Soho Loft, a complete gut renovation with everything removed to the brick and beams including, HVAC, sprinklers, windows and floors.
