I feel very comfortable and confident recommending Alban Acupuncture-- actually, I highly recommend! My physical therapist recommended Alban Acupuncture to complement treating my shoulder and hip pain, and I am very thankful she did. Dr. Joe is a gift in his field. Completely in tune with the patient’s problems, clear about the treatment plan and next steps, sensitive and thoughtful, and overall has helped with so many ailments I have come to him with. Especially he has been wonderful with sports injuries, and also some ringing in my ears More over after I leave his office, I feel balanced grounded, in tune and calm Super convenient to get to right by Grand Central subway. I have been a patient of Alban Acupuncture for over 8 years and still continue my treatment for various reasons, whether it's for a medical symptom, pain or simply to destress (acupuncture creates the BEST naps!). Joseph is extremely knowledgeable - in not only acupuncture technique, but also herbs and other modalities, very professional and sanitary. I look forward to my visits, especially since he is only a couple blocks from Grand Central making it really easy to get to.
