This is my go to spot in the Upper West Side for massages. Lily is very friendly, gives an excellent massage, and overall it is very reasonably priced. It’s always easy to schedule appointments, even with late notice. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!
They do an amazing job, I always leave feeling much better than when I came. Very good at finding knots and loosening stiff joints and muscles. If you are sore, tight or in pain I would highly recommend a visit here.
If you’re looking for a no frills deep tissue/ sports massage lily is the best and the value is unbeatable. If you’re comparing this to a $350 massage at a hotel spa you’re missing the point.
